Medical cannabis doctors in Utah, DHHS QMP

The Utah Department of Health (DHHS) provides a list of medical cannabis doctors who have registered with the DHHS as qualified medical providers (QMP).

Please keep in mind that only QMPs who have authorized the DHHS to post their contact information are on the list. Even if your provider isn't listed they may be able to provide, just make sure to ask your provider for proof of registration.
